Accountant since 1979, with 30 years of
service to clients regarding their
financial needs. He is the firm's Director
of Strategic Planning. A graduate of
Stetson University with a BBA
(Accounting),he also holds an MBA from
University of Central Florida. Jerry has
served on numerous charitable boards as
well as advisory committees for Stetson University and Daytona Beach Community College and local, state and national professional boards. He has also been a featured continuing education speaker for state and national professional societies. Jerry currently serves on the board of directors for a local community bank, as chariman of the Halifax Health Foundation in Daytona Beach, FL as well as on the Audit & Finance Committee of Halifax Medical Center. Jerry's area of accounting expertise is strategic transactional planning, where he combines all components of individual and/or business transaction consultation to maximize clients' wealth. Jerry has earned the AICPA's PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) designation as well as the Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP®)both of which demonstrate extensive knowledge in the areas of financial planning. Jerry is also a financial advisor and a principal with Atlantic Financial Planning Group, LLC, and offers securities through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.(Member FINRA/SIPC www.finra.org www.sipc.org ), with whom he is a registered principal. Jerry and his wife, Sherry, live in Ormond Beach, FL and have a son, John, who currently serves in the United States Navy.
Howard Stange, CPA is a member of the
firm Keyes & Stange CPAs, LLC serving as
its Director of Tax Services. He has been a
Certified Public Accountant since 1984 and
has 25 years of experience working with
clients and their accounting and financial
needs. Howard is a graduate of Stetson
University with a BBA (Accounting). His
areas of accounting expertise include tax
planning and preparation for individuals,
businesses, trusts and estates, as well as
corporate retirement plan design, business
succession planning, physicians tax planning and practice management. He is also a financial advisor with Atlantic Financial Planning Group, LLC, and offers securities through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. (Member FINRA/SIPC www.finra.org www.sipc.org ). Howard and his wife, Betsy, a Lt. Col. in the Army Reserve, live in Ormond Beach, FL with their three children, Matt (a senior at USF), Megan and Rachel.
Marc Wooten, CFP®, CLU®, ChFC® is a

Director of Financial Planning. He is a

tax preparation and analysis with regard to
investments and their impact on clients'
tax planning. Marc has earned the
Certified Financial Planner (CFP®)
designation, the Chartered Life Underwriter
(CLU®) designation, and the Chartered Financial
Consultant (ChFC®) designation,
all of which demonstrate extensive knowledge in the areas of financial planning. Marc is also a financial advisor with Atlantic Financial Planning Group, LLC, and offers securities through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.(Member FINRA/SIPC www.finra.org www.sipc.org ). Marc and his wife, Shannon, a nurse, live in Ormond Beach, FL with their five-year-old triplets - Alexa, Bryce and Caleb.

Peggy Barrickman, E.A. has more than 14 years with working with clients accounting and tax planning needs through tax preparation, bookkeeping preparation and review, and financial statement preparation and review.
Danielle Cinicolo is a staff accountant and a graduate of Stetson University Masters of Accountancy program. She works with both general accounting and tax functions in our firm, working mainly in our Daytona Beach office.
Sascha Wise, E.A. staff accountant, is a graduate of Stetson University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in accounting. She previously worked in private accounting as a business analyst and accounting manager. Sascha works primarily out of our Palm Coast office with both accounting and tax functions, as well as QuickBooks issues.
Cheryl Brugna, accounting paraprofessional, is a graduate of Montclair State University. She works in our Palm Coast office with clients on tax and accounting services issues.
